ATA KIDDO is a children's movement brand currently in its pre-launch phase. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal data you submit through our landing page at ata-kiddo.com.

2. What data we collect
When you reserve a spot on our waitlist, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
- The date and time of your submission
We do not collect payment information, phone numbers, or any other personal data at this stage.
3. Why we collect it
We collect your name and email solely to:
- Send you a confirmation that your spot is reserved
- Notify you when the first batch of ATA KIDDO Movement Bikes becomes available to order
- Inform you of the early access price (€119) before public launch
The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), which you provide by ticking the consent checkbox and submitting the form.
4. Who stores your data
Your data is stored securely by Brevo SAS (formerly Sendinblue), a French company headquartered in Paris, France. Brevo is GDPR-compliant and stores data within the European Union. You can read Brevo's privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to any other third parties.
5. How long we keep your data
We will retain your data until you unsubscribe, or until 24 months after ATA KIDDO's public launch — whichever comes first. After that period, your data will be permanently deleted.
6. Your rights under GDPR
As an EU resident, you have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data at any time ("right to be forgotten")
- Withdraw consent — unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Lodge a complaint — with your national data protection authority
7. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies only with your explicit consent. When you visit the site, a banner asks whether you accept or decline analytics cookies. No cookies are set before you make a choice.
If you accept: We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this page (pages visited, time on site, approximate country). Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish unique visitors. IP addresses are anonymised before any data is sent to Google. Data is processed by Google LLC and may be stored on servers in the United States under Google's standard contractual clauses.
If you decline: No analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google Analytics.
Changing your choice: You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies for this site. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Fonts: This website loads fonts from Bunny Fonts (bunny.net), a privacy-friendly European font service. Bunny Fonts does not log IP addresses or set cookies.
8. Note for Swiss residents (nDSG)
If you are based in Switzerland, your data is also protected under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG, in force since September 2023).
